- The Producer has sole discretion over which episodes are selected to air
- If your episode is not selected, you will not receive a copy of the footage or final episode

The 45-day free trial is contingent upon your active participation. This means you must use the AI system as trained and make a genuine effort to generate results during the trial period.
If you fail to use the system, do not follow the training provided, or make no effort to engage with the technology, Michele reserves the right to terminate your access to the AI system immediately, even before the 45-day trial period ends.
